MEET RONDA…

fueled by creativity, dedicated to supporting others, passionate about fostering positive change

What if growth isn’t about striving, but about reconnecting with what has been inside you all along?

Conscious Creativity is where art, neuroscience, and healing meet.
My work is rooted in the belief that every person carries an innate creative intelligence — a quiet inner compass that knows how to restore balance, spark insight, and guide transformation. Through intentional art‑making, mindful presence, and trauma‑informed practices, I help people reconnect with that inner wisdom.

At Conscious Creativity, I offer experiences that are gentle, grounding, and deeply human. Whether through intuitive drawing, mindful mark‑making, or guided creative exploration, my intention is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported as you reconnect with your own inner landscape.

This is not about being an artist.
It’s about remembering that you are already creative — and that creativity is a pathway home to yourself.

As a transformation mentor, I support people in rediscovering old dreams and reimagining what’s possible. One of my primary tools is Neurographic Energy Alignment — an art‑based, neuroscience‑inspired method that helps regulate the nervous system, strengthen relationships, clarify purpose, and create a richer inner and outer life.

Every course and session I offer is a co‑creative experience: grounded, honest, and attuned to each person’s inner wisdom. I encourage individuals to honor their uniqueness, step beyond old expectations, and bring mindful artistry into their choices, relationships, and breakthroughs.

The Experience

Igniting Dreams & Redesigning Lives:

I’m Ronda—your guide to rediscovering your innate brilliance and living artfully, every day.

My background weaves together psychology, art and design, intuitive creative practice, and years of studying how the mind responds to beauty, color, and sensory experience. I’m especially inspired by the fields of neuroaesthetics and neuroplasticity, which show us that creativity doesn’t just express the brain — it can reshape it. Art has the power to calm the nervous system, open new pathways of understanding, and support healing in ways words alone sometimes cannot.

My journey brings together the insight I gained studying psychology at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, the creative foundation I built through my art and design training at the University of Illinois, and the inspiration I found while collaborating with the Dallas Center for Brain Health. I’ve also earned certifications in Life and Leadership Coaching, Ascension Mastery and Energy Alignment, all of which shape a holistic approach that helps people bring more consciousness, creativity, and meaning into their daily lives.

My artwork is an extension of this philosophy. I use color, line, and intuitive flow to explore emotion, possibility, and transformation. Each piece becomes a visual language of change — inviting courage, vulnerability, and reconnection with the true self.

Beyond my creative work, I stay engaged in community arts and educational projects. My personal life is rooted in meaningful time with family, nature, cultural exploration, and the simple beauty of nourishing food — all approached with presence and gratitude.

MY STORY

MY STORY

For as long as I can remember…

creating has been my playground. Childhood in rural Illinois meant a life among endless fields and big, bold skies—perfect for daydreaming and doodling. Armed with crayons, glue, and a vivid imagination, I jumped in to help out with everything from 4-H to Vacation Bible Schools, loving every chance to bring a splash of creativity to my small-town community.

Though my diploma says Bachelor of Science in Psychology, my art journey skips the formal classroom and leaps right into the wild world of self-discovery. My current collage adventure actually began in Dallas, Texas, with a twist of fate: while working as a cognitive life coach, I joined a client for an Artist’s Way class at a local university. The final project lit up my mind with a fresh idea for making art, sparked by the dazzling colors and hidden stories in Byzantine iconography.

Since then, my art—and my curiosity—has taken on a life of its own. I treat each day like a blank canvas, dabbling in new techniques and encouraging others to paint outside the lines. My hope is to share this lively point of view—what I call Conscious Creativity, or “Life as Art”—with anyone ready to dive into their own well of inspiration.

Championing people on their quests for authenticity is my jam. I believe that mixing art and energy alignment can help anyone reconnect with what lights them up. My toolkit includes Life and Leadership Coaching, Yoga, Reiki, and Energy Alignment certifications, all built on over twenty years of personal growth explorations. I love working with people who are ready to set new goals, rebuild after setbacks, and rediscover their spark, using a playful blend of artistic experiments and brain science. Together, we design healthy mindsets, uncover purpose, and sketch out lives that feel vibrant and true.

If my own story offers anything, it’s proof that even the flops—those ginormous goals and dreams that fizzled—can become ingredients for resilience and growth. I’m devoted to creative, gentle, and affordable solutions that welcome anyone seeking transformation. Authentic growth is for everyone, and I’m here to keep that door wide open—paintbrushes, glue sticks, and all!

much love,

ronda
