MEET RONDA…
fueled by creativity, dedicated to supporting others, and passionate about fostering positive change

RONDA szymanski…
As someone who values creativity, honesty, and a genuine desire to help others grow, Ronda’s path hasn’t been defined by accolades or credentials, but by a steady commitment to authenticity—especially in a world that sometimes favors surface-level solutions.
Having experienced disappointment with online courses herself, she understands how discouraging it can feel to seek real change and find only empty promises. This personal experience motivates her to offer a straightforward and supportive approach, especially for women looking to reconnect with their own courage and values.
Over the years, Ronda has focused on guiding others toward practical self-care, accountability, and building stronger relationships—seeing these as important pieces of a meaningful life. Rather than treating coaching as a commodity, she prefers open conversations and a willingness to address hard truths with empathy.
Her education includes art and design studies at the University of Illinois and a degree in psychology from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. Professionally, she has served as a Personal Life and Brain Regeneration Coach, collaborating with the University of Dallas Center for Brain Health. Ronda’s credentials include certifications in life and leadership coaching, yoga, Reiki, and energy alignment, all of which deepen her interest in wellness and personal growth.
With more than two decades of experience, Ronda has worked alongside women as they rediscover old dreams and build lives that feel true to them. She often uses creative techniques and draws on research in her practice, aiming to help clients nurture their relationships, clarify their goals, and make choices aligned with their values. Her style is grounded, empathetic, and straightforward.
Outside of work, Ronda enjoys spending time with family, being in nature, camping, hiking, and traveling. She supports the arts and education in her community and uses her own artwork as a healing modality and to highlight causes she cares about, such as ending human trafficking and reflecting on humanity’s shared history. She also enjoys music, theater, and exploring different cuisines.
At her core, Ronda hopes to offer sincere support and practical guidance, encouraging women to pursue fulfilling lives while staying true to themselves. She aims to provide meaningful change through creativity, honest conversation, and lasting connection.

MY STORY
MY STORY
For as long as I can remember…
I’ve been drawn to creating. Growing up in rural Illinois, surrounded by fields and open skies, I enjoyed exploring drawing, painting, and making things. Early on, I liked using my creativity to contribute to my community, helping out with local organizations such as 4-H and church Vacation Bible Schools.
Although I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, my art journey has been self-taught and self-motivated. My current collage technique actually started while working as a cognitive life coach in Dallas, Texas, when a client and I took an Artist’s Way class at a nearby university. The final project gave me the idea for a new way to create art, inspired by the beauty and meaning of Byzantine iconography.
Since then, my art has grown and changed, as has my interest in helping others. I try to keep my art and approach to life open-minded, flexible, and curious. I see life as a canvas, and through my work and experiences, I aim to bring a sense of encouragement and appreciation for creativity. I hope to share this view—what I call Conscious Creativity, or “Life as Art”—with people who want to discover their own creativity.
I am committed to supporting others in exploring their authentic selves. Through art and energy alignment, I believe people can find fulfillment and reconnect with what matters to them. My background includes certifications in Life and Leadership Coaching, Yoga Instruction, Reiki, and Energy Alignment, building on over twenty years of experience in personal development. I work with women to rediscover their goals, rebuild their lives, and recover from setbacks, using a blend of art techniques and neuro research. My approach helps clients build healthy mindsets, connect with their purpose, and create a life that feels meaningful to them.
Through my own story, I hope to show that healing from the disappointment of unfulfilled ventures—like online courses that didn’t meet expectations—can be an opportunity to turn letdowns into strengths. I am dedicated to providing gentle, creative, and affordable solutions that welcome all who seek transformation, ensuring that access to authentic growth remains open to everyone on the journey.
